Stirling Benefits continually explores ways to improve our service. We have developed solutions for our clients to simplify the process of managing data and obtaining information relevant to their benefit plan. Certain services are available through this site.

Electronic Solutions for Web-Based Employee Benefit Administration

Stirling Benefits offers a secure Internet link permitting authorized users access to enrollment information, aggregated claims data, weekly/monthly reports and benefit information on a real-time basis. Human Resource and Financial officers need accurate information to monitor benefit costs and implement sound strategies. Our eNet™ platform is worth looking into.

We offer clients the ability to manage enrollment for benefits that may be insured, or with another vendor (life, disability, dental, vision) and offer billing/payment services to simplify the administrative process. Annual "Open-Enrollment" may be conducted using the portal for all benefits the sponsor may offer.

eNet™ Claims

Our system is designed around the IBM AS/400 e-Business Server. The system provides real time access to group data. Unlike some systems that take a snapshot of the data and present this to the user, eNet™ resides on the server and queries the appropriate database. The EOB information is presented in the same format as the printed form, making the system easy for users to use and understand. Information is available on the following:

  • Name of provider and date of service
  • The date the claim was received by Stirling Benefits
  • The date the claim was processed for payment
  • Status of the claim (i.e. paid, denied, or pending additional information)
  • Details of the participant and plan responsibility

eNet™ Enrollment

With the eNet™ Enrollment system an employer may add new members on-line eliminating the need for paper enrollment forms. When the plan sponsor chooses eNet™ Enrollment, they can have eligible employees complete and submit benefit enrollment online, or conduct enrollment themselves. Benefit election or changes in family status permitting mid-year coverage changes may be submitted by a covered employee, but must be approved by an authorized representative of the plan sponsor.

eNet™ Enrollment also allows the plan sponsor to terminate employee coverage or request an ID card. Security is maintained through a Login ID and Password. It's simple and efficient to use.
