For over thirty-five years Stirling Benefits has offered custom health plans to employers. Our services are tailored for the applications requested by our clients. Whether your plan requires a multi-state Preferred Provider Network (PPO), a contract with a Medicare intermediary for your retirees, or a dedicated analyst for your flexible benefits plan, we have the proven resources to meet your needs.

We have developed solutions for our clients to simplify the process of managing data and obtaining information relevant to their benefit plan. Our eNet™ online system allows authorized users access to enrollment information, aggregated claims data, weekly/monthly reports and benefit information on a real-time basis. Human Resource and Financial officers need accurate information to monitor benefit costs and implement sound strategies. eNet™ offers these professionals immediate access to information to simplify administrative tasks and improve communication.

In addition to claim administration we continually monitor the industry to keep abreast of market issues affecting our clients. Each year there are over 1,000 new laws, regulations, opinions and major court cases emanating from about 300 government offices. Not all of these laws affect every plan, but the plan sponsor must be aware of each to make that determination. We serve as a resource to educate our clients about the issues that will affect them and their members.

Our relationship with quality reinsurance companies and provider networks combined with services from our revolutionary AWAC® disease management system, enable us to tailor each proposal to meet your benefit objectives.

We offer clients the ability to manage enrollment for benefits that may be insured, or with another vendor (life, disability, dental, vision) and offer billing/payment services to simplify the administrative process. Annual “Open-Enrollment” may be conducted using the portal for all benefits the sponsor may offer.
