Welcome to the Stirling Benefits online preferred provider resource guide. If your benefit plan offers a preferred provider network, you can locate a provider, hospital or pharmacy by name, or search the directory for a list of healthcare providers and pharmacies in your area.
Since Stirling Benefits is not an HMO or a PPO, we contract with independent medical and pharmacy networks to provide the best coverage and discounts for our clients and their members. The following list contains our frequently requested service partners.

IVR Coverage Confirmation
If you are a participating healthcare provider requesting eligibility information on a patient, you may use our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System 24/7 to confirm coverage. Please dial 1-800-447-6689 listen for prompt and provide the necessary information.
Online Access
Providers may access their billing and claim data online. Information available includes:
- Claims paid
- Payment amounts
- Check date
- Member amount due
