The firm was founded in 1971 with the mission of providing cost effective benefit plans to clients and delivering excellent customer service and support for their members. Once considered a claim processor, Stirling Benefits has evolved into a specialized risk manager with integrated programs designed to promote individualized behavioral change for improved health. Using the AWAC® disease management software, our physicians identify candidates with chronic conditions or those who would benefit from one of the wellness intervention programs.

Our customers recognize the benefits inherent with a healthy workforce that produce lower benefit costs and improved bottom line. We use evidence-based disease prevention practice guidelines with our members, which lead to improved health outcomes. Our proprietary risk-reporting platform stratifies disease categories. This helps assess wellness needs and appropriate interventions to ensure benefit managers are well informed when implementing short and long-term strategies.
